• Would you like to be recognized by a Member of Congress for the work you’re already doing?

If you answered YES to the previous questions, Register for the Congressional Award NOW!! (It only costs $10!) You can Register for the Congressional Award Online OR by Mail:

1. Complete the online Registration Form
2. Submit the Registration Form after you Review your Information Please only submit the online Registration Form once
3. Print Out the Waiver (Click Here)
4. Sign the Waiver
5. Send in the completed Waiver and $10 Registration Fee (check or money order) to:

3. Sign the Waiver after you Review your Information

You will receive a Registration Packet in the mail within 6-8 weeks of the National Office receiving your Waiver. You may begin setting your goals with your Advisor and working on your activities as soon as you sign the Waiver. Record Book pages are available here!
