Horizon and Leadership Award Recipients

The Leadership Award is presented to individuals who have displayed outstanding commitment to improving the lives of our nation’s young people and providing critical support in the Congressional Award Foundation’s efforts to make the Congressional Award a national opportunity. The Leadership Award is presented by the Congressional Award Joint Leadership Commission – comprised of The Speaker and Minority Leader of the House and Majority and Minority Leaders of the Senate.
