Many organizations work with the Congressional Award to challenge America's youth. Youth and service organizations throughout America have recognized the potential of young citizens when we raise the bar. The Congressional Award program allows participants the opportunity to set personally challenging goals in each of our program areas.

Young adults participating in partnering organizations have found ways to incorporate their participation into the Congressional Award. In the 2008, Congressional Award Gold Medalists participated in 4H, American Red Cross, AmeriCorps*NCCC, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, People to People International, and many other worth organizations.
