Why Give?

The primary goal of the Congressional Award Foundation and our donors is to promote and recognize achievement, initiative, and service in America's youth. Our mission is to help young people realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens. Your contribution to the Congressional Award Foundation will continue to ensure that all young people, regardless of their situation, receive guidance, recognition and encouragement.

It is only because of the support of corporations and individuals that The Congressional Award has been able to reach so many young people and develop the program to this significant size. Your support will ensure continued outreach efforts and provide the resources required for processing the more than 32,000 participants currently registered in the Congressional Award.

Each year we host a number of events designed specifically for our supporters. Specific membership levels provide donors the opportunity for participation at Congressional Award events annually. Members receive invitations and unique recognition as benefactors at a range of international, national and regional events and meetings.
