Before you begin the registration process, please have the following information on hand:

Your Congressional Information
Your congressional district and Representative can be found here by entering your zip code.

Your Sponsoring Agency
This would be an organization that you are working with to complete your goals like Boy Scouts, The Red Cross, AmeriCorps NCCC, etc. Not everyone will have a Sponsoring Agency, but please list any and all that you may be affiliated with. If possible, please have contact information for your Sponsoring Agencies on hand. To see a listing of some of the most common sponsoring agencies, click here.

Your Advisor Information
You will need to submit the name, address, phone number and email information of your Advisor. Please have this information ready when you complete your registration information online. DO NOT re-submit your registration information if you have already registered. You must pick your own Advisor to mentor you through the program. This person CANNOT be your parent, a relative or peer. You may choose a counselor, coach, teacher, pastor, youth group leader, etc. as an Advisor. Click here to learn more about what an Advisor does.

Have you already registered?
Most importantly, DO NOT register online if you have previously registered for the program. If you register online and we already have you registered for the program, your Activity Start Date will be changed to the most recent registration date. If this happens, you will only be allowed to count hours and activities from the most recent registration date forward. If you had previously registered, you will lose the ability to count activities from that previous online date.

If you need to check to see if you have previously registered, you may email or call 1/888/80-AWARD with your name, birth date and city and state and we will check your registration status.
