WOMEN IN STEM CHALLENGE

The Congressional Award and our partners at Ferring Pharmaceuticals are excited to announce the 2024 “Women in STEM” Challenge.

We are inviting young female participants to showcase their passion for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) by creating a 2-minute video that displays their love of STEM-based subjects and inspires the next generation of trailblazers!

Your video may:

explain the physics of rollercoasters!
make a short video that dives into the chemistry of cooking!
uncover the biology of plant growth!

… or any other STEM topic that may pique your interest!

Feel free to get creative with your video format. Whether it’s a #GRWM, “Day in the life”, dance challenge, a skit, an ASMR video, or any other trendy video style, we can’t wait to see your STEM activity in action!

How to Participate

Register for the Congressional Award program if not already enrolled.
Create a 2-minute video showcasing the STEM concepts behind every day phenomena on the topic of your choice.
Submit your video to enter the challenge on the STEM Stars webpage of The Congressional Award’s website.
Submit the video by the deadline: April 30, 2024.
