PF: Tennis
EXP: Historical Immersion in Washington, D.C.

What are your current ambitions?

I am currently a freshman studying Bioengineering at the University of California, Berkeley. My goal is to work in the medical device industry and do prosthetics research. Additionally, I’m excited to stay involved with robotics by mentoring teams, volunteering at events, and growing our nonprofit organization #FIRSTLikeAGirl which encourages young girls to get interested in STEM and FIRST robotics.

Where do you find your motivation?

When I’m not reading about the latest and greatest biotech innovations, I find inspiration in TED Talks and the occasional NPR report. Although I’m very new to podcasts, Ear Hustle has been on the top of my radar. My recent goal is to improve my self-care through regular meditation and yoga which has definitely inspired me to refine my goals and find my focus with a busy life.
