The Chiefs of Staff Charity Poker Tournament welcomes poker enthusiasts across the spectrum including Members of Congress, Chiefs of Staff, poker pros, and friends of the Foundation for an evening of bluffs and blinds, all in the name of charity to raise vital funds and awareness for the Foundation.
This year’s tournament takes place at Terrell Place in the heart of Penn Quarter, DC’s premiere entertainment destination. This transformed historic building features a state-of-the-art amenity center and rooftop lounge, where the tournament will be played in an indoor/outdoor open-air setting.
Not a poker player? Not a problem. The event will feature plenty of other games, activities, and opportunities to mingle for those who are just looking to enjoy the festivities and support Congress’ only charity.

Registration and reception will begin at 6:30 p.m. Play will begin at 7:00 p.m.
An awards presentation will take place immediately following the tournament.
All sponsors receive tickets to the tournament, branded recognition in event publications, inclusion on The Congressional Award website, and are provided with professional photos. Proceeds from the tournament directly benefit the youth and development of our program – the only charity of the U.S. Congress.
