Partnering Organization: People to People International
Event Description: The Congressional Award has again teamed up with Ford Motor Company Fund and People to People International to educate teens in Kansas City and surrounding areas on surviving a season of isolation and possible depression.
Hear from Members of Congress as well as experts in the Mental Health field to help students find ways to talk about the challenges facing them, as well as finding healthy coping strategies. Participate in breakout groups with your fellow youths and share your experiences.
