Amina Bulman

Amina Bulman is the Chief of Staff of the Washington Commanders. Amina manages cross-cutting business priorities and strategic projects, including new ventures, strategic partnerships, and organization-wide community engagement initiatives.

Prior to this role, Amina has held a variety of strategy and operations roles in the nonprofit and social impact space. As the first Chief of Staff of the Obama Foundation’s Program team, she designed core elements of the Foundation’s civic engagement strategy and managed team operations and budget spanning four cornerstone programs. Amina began her career at McKinsey & Company where she counseled public sector clients on strategy, operations, capital planning, and organizational change management.

Amina is a non-resident Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, where she advises on election security issues and led the design, development, and implementation of a national training program for county and local election officials. Amina holds an MBA with Honors from Harvard Business School and a BA from Yale University, where she was a four-year Division I NCAA rower.
