Why I Joined the Congressional Award

Bri joined the Congressional Award because it promotes youth development which is something she is passionate about and has focused her career on. She believes that youth deserve a voice and access to opportunities which she feels the Congressional Award already highlights but is also continuously expanding in their work.

Program Area Highlight

The area of Expedition/Exploration speaks strongly to Bri because of her love for immersing herself in a new environment or culture. Whether that be traveling to a new country or attending a cultural event or performance, you will likely hear about Bri’s jet-setting adventures or the latest theatre production she has attended in any conversation with her.
