We’re the United States Congress’ award program for young Americans. Our program fosters citizenship in youth ages 14 – 24 by encouraging personal goal-setting and community service.

The tenets of our program are Voluntary Public Service, Personal Development, Physical Fitness, and Expedition/Exploration.

This unique public-private partnership does not receive any federal funding but relies on private donations from supporters like you. Whether it’s a one-time or recurring monthly gift, a contribution of $25 or $5,000, your donation ensures the continuation of this important youth development program for years to come.

The Congressional Award is a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization. All contributions are fully tax deductible. Receipts are provided upon payment.

You may have heard that “April showers bring May flowers”. At The Congressional Award, leadership is always in full bloom. Show your support for young leaders this Spring and help us cultivate a nation of goal-setters, change-makers, and go-getters.
Spring into Giving and receive exclusive, limited-edition merch as a thank-you for your donation this season. Your contribution will help fund programming for young people to grow into the best version of themselves.
As the weather warms up, take Washington DC’s famous Cherry Blossoms with you to your picnics, running errands, or anywhere your journey takes you. For a $50 donation, receive the tote bag and a Congressional Award lapel pin – tote bags are limited, so act fast!

…and don’t forget to stay hydrated! If you give $100 this Spring, receive the tote, the pin, AND an insulated water bottle. Plus, you’ll be entered into a raffle for an Eddie Bauer rain jacket to stay dry during the drizzly months. Winner will be pulled at the end of May.
